Experiencedbilingual(English/Chinese)CustomerServiceReprequiredtojoinTronox,agloballeaderintitaniumdioxidemanufacturingthatemployeesapprox.5,000employeesacross5continents.

AbouttheRole

TheCustomerServiceRep’sresponsibilitieswillinclude:

1.Receivesandprocessescomplexcustomerorders,inquiriesand/orcomplaintscoveringitemsorproductsorderedwithdeepexpertise.
2.Accurateandtimelymanagementofordersfromentrypointtodelivery.
3.Directandcoordinateallfacetsofcustomerorders,maintainingsatisfactionlevelsthroughouttheprocess.
4.Proactivelymaintainson-goingrelationshipwithkeycustomersandsalesstaff.
5.Thisjobrequiresanalysis,judgement,andsensitivitytocustomerneeds.
6.Incumbentsuseknowledgeofproducts,productavailability,salesterritories,andindividualcustomerstoprovideakeycommunicationslinktothecustomer.
7.Job-holdersexercisejudgementanddiscretionandfunctionindependentlywithinauthorizedlimits.
8.Recordsandprocessesordersand/orinquiriesreceivedbyfax,telephone,and/orelectronicmail.
9.Providespricing,availability,andscheduleinformationwithintheestablishedguidelines.
10.Checksandapprovescreditwithinestablishedlimitationsandconfirmsorders.
11.Researchesandobtainsresolutionofavarietyofcustomercomplaintsandissues.
12.Servesasthecommunicationlinkbetweencustomersandsalesstafftoassureresponsiveness.
13.Tracksorderactivityandalertsappropriatestaffofanypotentialdeliveryproblems.
14.Expeditesthedeliveryofselectedorders.
15.Coordinatesinternalandexternalauditreadiness.
16.TrainedasfunctionalbackupforCustomerServiceManager.

HoldsaBachelor’sdegreeandhas4+yearsprogressivelyresponsiblejobexperience.Demonstratessolidleadershipskills.Ishonestandtrustworthy.Isconsistentlywillingtohelpothersmeettheirgoals.Viewschallengesasopportunitiestoshine.Enjoyscreativeproblemsolving.Isskilledatmanagingtime,details,anddeadlines.Isanintenselyfocusedcollaborator.Hasexcellentwrittenandverbalcommunication.Maintainsapositiveattitudeatalltimes.Adaptsandthriveinenvironmentsofchange.Consistentlyseekstolearnandgrowpersonallyandprofessionally.
